Britches & Boots Show and Consignment Fall/Winter Sale

Consigner Policy Fall/Winter 2010

Britches & Boots will process (price/tag/hang/steam) all items.  We will also pick up clothing items at your residence – no more drop-off.  You will be sent a list via email of the items that we have processed for the sale.  If you do not see an item that was submitted on this list, it was not able to be processed for one of the following reasons: wear/imperfections/brand/season.  These items will be returned to you prior to the first day of the sale. Please check your items before sending them in.

We have based our product criteria on what we feel will sell the best. Clothing Items eligible for consignment are: 
- New or Gently worn clothing/shoes
- Children’s sizes 12m-14/16/junior, Maternity
- In-season items (Fall/Winter)
- Gap, Gymboree, Janie & Jack, MiniBoden, Kelly’s Kids, Hannah Andersson, Crew Cuts, and any “boutique” or designer items
- No discount brands (Target, Walmart, Old Navy, Carters, Babies R Us, etc)
- No PJs (except boutique), underwear

Those interested in consigning must email the following information to info@britchesandboots.net:

Consignors will be taken on a first come, first serve basis.  You will be notified via email if the spaces are full.

An email will be sent to you 7 days prior to your pickup date.  You will also receive a reminder email the day before.  All items for consignment must be placed on your porch by 8 a.m. on your pickup day.  Put items in a disposable bag/box.  Trash bags are fine, just neatly fold and place items in whatever you choose.  You must label the bags/boxes with “B&B” and your name.  We do not want to pick up someone’s dry cleaning.  You will also need to include a signed consignor agreement (sent via email prior to the pick up date).

If you have equipment (strollers/exersaucers/etc or furniture) to consign, you will need to drop off these items during the designated sale day drop off.  We can not store these prior to the sale.

You will be able to designate on your agreement whether you want your items to be discounted during the ½ price sale and if you want your unsold items donated.  Any items you want returned must be picked up during the designated post-sale pick-up period.  Unless there are extenuating circumstances, unclaimed items will be donated if not retrieved during this time.
